Description

I just found out by accident that libhandy no longer builds reproducibly. It would be good if migrations would take reproducibility (https://reproducible-builds.org/) into account (with the option to whitelist packages).

I'm adding the Librem 5 tag since this is *also* relevant for the phone but affects the Laptop Dist as well.
